Grand’Ourse offers a gourmet menu inspired by the terroir and its local artisans, featuring meats from regional producers, Quebec cheeses and quality seafood.

Our menu spotlights some twenty regional producers. Offering a choice of tasty burgers, a variety of guédilles and a whole range of poutines topped with the flavours of the day.  Grand’Ourse is Kamouraska’s must-visit cantine to please your taste buds!

Matane shrimp roll

Our Matane shrimp are prepared in a cauliflower remoulade with fresh arugula. Served on brioche bread from boulangerie du pain c’est tout.

Cod fish & chips

Our famous cod fish & chips are breaded to order.  It’s served with our homemade salted herb sauce from Les Jardins de la mer.

Chanterelle poutine

At the Grand’Ourse – cantine de luxe, come and taste the chanterelle poutine, served with a forest pepper sauce.

The Grand’Ourse restaurant in Kamouraska offers a local menu. Offering delicious homemade fries, a popular cod fish and chips, and hamburgers of many flavors made with quality meats. The menu features Cap-Saint-Ignace Charolais beef, Kamouraska lamb, O’Rye pork and Bisons Chouinard. You must try the shrimp and lobster “guédilles”, or let yourself be bowled over by the row of onions with Aulnaies honey.  Poutines with duck, barbecued pulled pork, beer-battered chicken and delicious vegetarian options.
